Undamaged standard sizes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Damaged items or custom sizing cannot be returned.
Handling & Shipping
We move fast around here! Orders are usually packed and dispatched the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM local time, or by the very next day. Please allow for up to 3 business days on rare occasions.
Domestic orders (Australia) usually arrive within 2–8 business days, while international orders typically take 1–3 weeks, depending on location. While the vast majority are delivered within this timeframe, occasional delays within the destination country's postal network are unfortunately outside our control and can extend delivery times.
Prints are shipped rolled in mailing tubes.
Tracking is provided for all orders once dispatched.
United States
Orders to the United States are shipped with all applicable import duties and fees prepaid, with no additional charges due upon delivery.

All Fees Prepaid
Choose this option to prepay applicable duties, taxes and import fees before your order ships. No additional fees will be due upon delivery.
Germany, Denmark & Sweden
Orders to Germany, Denmark and Sweden are shipped with VAT, duties and applicable import charges prepaid. These costs are included in the price, so there should be no additional VAT or customs charges to pay when your parcel arrives.
Other International Orders — New Zealand, EU & UK
Orders to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and EU countries other than Germany, Denmark and Sweden are currently sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
Local customs duties, VAT or import fees may be charged upon arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.
