Undamaged standard sizes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Damaged items or custom sizing cannot be returned.
Handling & Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3 business days.
Domestic orders (Australia) usually arrive within 2–8 business days, while international orders typically take 1–3 weeks, depending on location and carrier.
Prints are shipped rolled in mailing tubes.
Tracking is provided for all orders once dispatched.
International Orders (Canada, New Zealand, EU & UK):
All shipments to the European Union and United Kingdom are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
Local customs duties, VAT, or import fees may be charged upon arrival and are the buyer’s responsibility.
